“ Stopped here to meet a friend in on a cruise ship. We picked it because it was close to Hemingway House. We will be back because of the food, service, and price! Everything was excellent! Several people had breakfast and others had lunch. The pancakes were light and fluffy, the salad was huge, and the burger was flavorful and juicy! ”
“ Moondog Café is an absolute must-visit in Key West! The breakfast skillet was out of this world—fresh veggies, savory sausage, crispy potatoes, and perfectly cooked sunny-side-up eggs. The peach Bellini was perfectly crafted, and the key lime sangria paired beautifully with their famous Mile High Key Lime Pie. The meringue on top was the perfect balance to the tartness of the key lime—pure perfection. We sat at the bar and got to watch the team make all their pastries and desserts from scratch—such a cool experience! This place is incredible. We’ll definitely be back! ”

“ What a great place to eat. We did have to wait because it was Saturday lunch but it was totally worth it. All thr food was delicious. We ordered a lot. I would suggest all of the bakery items. We ordered 10 of them. I had the BLAT and we got the Benedict special. Everything was served and plated beautifully. I would come back here and eat the other half of the menu. ”
“ We decided on Moondog Cafe for our breakfast while docked in Key West for the day. We are happy with our decision. Key West has so many great places to eat and Moondog came highly recommended after doing some research. We got off the ship early and walked straight there because I did see that it can get very crowded. We got to the front door about 8 am and wasn’t crowded yet fortunately. We were seated at a nice cozy table for my wife and I right by the window. Service was very good. Food was wonderful. There is a large mural painted on the wall that is very unique. I highly recommend Moondog Cafe if you’re in Key West. ”
